• If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account

3. Service Features

• Pay-per-book model: Each book creation requires a separate one-time payment
• No free tier or trial books are provided
• All book content is generated by artificial intelligence based on your input
• Books are delivered as PDF files to the email address you provide
• If logged in, you can access your previously generated books from your account

4. Payment Terms

• Each book creation requires a one-time payment
• Payment is processed before book generation begins
• Payment information is processed through secure third-party payment providers
• All sales are final and non-refundable
• Payments are non-transferable between users

5. Content Creation and AI

• All book content is generated by artificial intelligence
• You provide themes, preferences, and character information to guide the AI
• You cannot manually edit generated story text
• The AI may occasionally produce unexpected results
• You are responsible for reviewing generated content
• Coolbooks does not review, approve, or monitor AI-generated content before delivery

6. Content Ownership and Privacy

Your Created Content:
• You retain full ownership rights to books you create using the Service
• Your books are completely private and only accessible to you
• You may publish, distribute, or sell your AI-created books on other platforms
• Books generated without an account are only accessible via the PDF sent to your email
• Books generated while logged in can be accessed through your account

Privacy:
• Books are never shared publicly on the platform
• Other users cannot view or access your books
• You cannot view or access books created by other users

7. Data Privacy

• We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., payment processing, email delivery)
• If you create an account, we store your email address and authentication information
• Book content and user data are stored securely
• You may delete your account at any time
• Account deletion will permanently remove your data and access to your books

8. User Conduct and Content Guidelines

Users agree NOT to:
• Use inappropriate, offensive, or illegal email addresses or display names
• Submit inappropriate prompts or character names to the AI
• Attempt to manipulate the AI to generate inappropriate or illegal content
• Upload or create content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Attempt to abuse, exploit, or hack the Service
• Share account credentials with others (if you have an account)
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Coolbooks reserves the right to refuse service, remove content, or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without notice or refund.

9. Intellectual Property

• The Coolbooks platform, including its AI technology, design, and features, is owned by Coolbooks
• The Coolbooks name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Coolbooks
• User-generated content belongs to users as described in Section 6

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY SWISS LAW:
• The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• Coolbooks is not liable for content created or shared by users
• Coolbooks does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content
• Coolbooks is not responsible for any damages, losses, or harm resulting from use of the Service
• Coolbooks does not guarantee continuous, error-free, or secure operation of the Service
• Coolbooks is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect email addresses or email service provider issues
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months

11. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including payment processors, AI providers, and email delivery services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies. Coolbooks is not responsible for third-party services.

12. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time through account settings (if you have an account)

• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• No refunds will be provided upon termination
• We reserve the right to delete inactive accounts after prolonged periods of inactivity
• Termination will result in permanent loss of access to your generated books

• Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms

• It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically

• Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Valais, Switzerland

Coolbooks does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content. Views expressed in user-created books do not represent Coolbooks' opinions or beliefs.

These Terms are provided in multiple languages for your convenience. In case of conflicts between translations, the English version shall prevail. By using the Service, you confirm you understand the Terms in at least one provided language.
